What Our Franchisees Say

I have been developing several of the new
products for Sublime Foods and testing them in the
market place. I have found this to be a very simple
and effective business idea. With a wide enough
range of drinks to appeal to most customers, it is
now easier than ever.
On a day to day note, in order to sustain your
business, you must be willing and able to provide a
reliable and friendly service. Also, it is
beneficial to pay attention to the sales of each of
your outlets. Some of them will obviously perform
better than others, it is important to recognise the
poor performers and either work with them to
increase their sales or move the equipment into a
new location.
As long as you are adhering to these very basic
steps, and with the support of Eden and the network
of other franchisees, you will be able to create a
very profitable and expandable business.

I have been operating a franchise in Cheshire
for some 3 years distributing Smoothies into a wide
range of sites including hotels, fitness centres and
cafes. I have been impressed at the choice now
available from Eden Delicious which materially
improves my offer and the introduction of milkshakes
and yoghurt drinks is very exciting. I have changed
from one company to take on this range and feel that
as in the past with my business which has been
successful for me, this will open new opportunities.

I've got the Brighton franchise with Eden Delicious.
I distribute to many cafes throughout Brighton and
the surrounding towns. As Brighton is a seaside
town, smoothies and juices are very popular, making
my job easier.
When I started with Sublime who is behind Eden
Delicious, we were initially just distributing
smoothies. The new menu looks great - The Milkshakes
should attract a whole new group of people to our
drinks.
This is a good business to run - I work for myself,
I plan my week to fit in around my life. If I am
organised, I can schedule all of my deliveries to
one day per week - or even one day per fortnight.
The business can fit in around your existing
lifestyle.
As long as you are prepared to put in some time
attracting new customers, you can make a decent
business out of this. I spent a lot of time in the
beginning getting new customers. Once you have grown
the business to a level you are happy with, it is a
straightforward business to run. The level of
service from Sublime is very good.
I’ve always found them helpful, supportive and
straightforward to deal with.
